DIY Kitchen remodel, cost?

Good DIY projects did it twice, 27 years ago after moving in and again 5 years ago. If you are really ambitious make your own cabinets, nice to have table saw and router.
I’d add a track saw as well as they are awesome in accurately breaking down sheets of plywood.

Plus a jointer, planer, wide drum sander, shaper and dovetail jig :lol_hitti

A 10' slider, widebelt, hinge borer, couple shapers and a spray booth wouldn't hurt.

I spent $13k 10 years ago, but $8k was just the granite, only added 1 cabinet, opened up a wall, reused all the remaining cabinets (painted) no new appliances, they still all work fine.
