I have a 1962 saylor-beall 705 that i rebuilt the valves. 1 was completely blocked, another was partially. I can see the hatch marks still. and the cyl. are very clean,no carbon at all. It does seem to me to turn too easy by hand with the shaft with the pulley off even, and while turning it some parts of rotation are easyier. I do not know the history,it has a 3ph 5hp motor.I paid 400 for it and a nice quincy 325 in good condition. So my question is how to tell if i should hone and replace rings Thanks, joe
