Or was stolen from the Stassi after the fall of the wall... I just saw one of those on that picker show. Years ago the collars on shirts we detachable. What you have there is the machine used to wring the water out and put a nice crease in the collar. Basically you wash the collar, fold in half and run them through the wringer and then let them dry. Then button the collar back on the shirt.
I think the pasta maker is the closest thing I could find... The wooden rollers make most sense as guides for th pasta dough .... Thank you everybody
