pure speculation on my part, but my gut tells me the first part of bcradio's reply gets to the crux of it: how many would they
sell? you're already talking about an oddball specialty item - "obstruction wrench" - why would you want to tool up an assembly line to make an even more odd oddball?
simple economics says it's a non-starter.
