I see on amazon, they sometimes send people part of there money back, if something is damaged.
got this tool box from ENCO, do you think they would send me any money back, or should I just ask them for a return.

I don't know, but I've dealt with Enco since around 1980 and they have always had excellent customer service. Why don't you email them your pictures and see what they want to do?

you should also post pictures of the parcel container so we can see how much foam or bubble wrap they used if any.

You should take better photos that clearly show some damage. I can't tell if I'm seeing shadows or what.

yeah, I couldn't really get a good picture(s) better than those, There is a crease in it, and it is stretched on that end panel.
I'd say it's mostly cosmetic, But it was not a scratch and dent sale.
the bottom drawer is a little stiff, but I think straightening the crease would resolve it.
Sorry, It is a 3 drawer middle box.

As long as you are happy, that is all that matters. Glad they got back to you quickly. Zoro is the same, they handle things fast and I have never been unhappy with the results.

Years ago I wanted to return a metal dust pan (don't remember now if it was Al or ferrous) which was just too flimsy. She said since it was under $30 don't bother returning, will just refund me.

I always thought that policy could be abused, but I never did - I rely on Enco/MSC too much for my business. It's been ~10 years since that return and I don't think I've returned anything to Enco since.....just never had the need.
