Yes, and you can deal directly with them on warranties, they dont make you go through a distributor but you can if you want to

From what I've heard their warranty is great, I have never broken a Williams tool, I don't really have any of their sockets but I have lots of their USA made wrenches and ratchets.

Similar to Grainger, a store that carries a bunch of industrial tools and supplies. Do an online search for an Industrial supplier in your area, there should be a few in the area.

so to get lets say a new screwdriver that chipped you have to call them and tell them and they will mail one to you or how does this work?

the last time i did one it was... send them the damaged tool and they replace it. like the sears warranty but you have to mail it. but i did get one where they had a replacement tool for an older ratchet S-53A replaces the S-53, and because they didnt make a repair kit for the old S-53 ratchet they ended up sending me a new S-53A to replace the old ratchet, and a second S-53A as a "sorry we couldnt help you" tool, pretty sweet if you ask me i got two ratchets to replace an old ratchet i got from my dad.

Kobalt is sold through Lowe's and warranted through Lowe's; the early Kobalt tools were made by Williams (OEM), now generally the hard line is my Danaher.
