The first time I stepped onto a snap on truck and bought something was around 10 years ago and I asked if I could have a catalog. He gave me one, but the next time I was on and payed off my account I looked at the invoice and there was a charge labeled "Misc" I asked what it was for and he said it was for the catalog I wanted...![]()
I'm surprised that more dealers don't eat the cost of the catalog. Honestly, if I thought there was a good chance of building my customer base and keeping them spending, I would hand them out like candy to serious individuals.
Have never (and never would) paid for a SO catalog. Used to get a price list as well from my old dealer.
Not a fan of their website, quite poor for such a large company.

Since we are on the subject what does RWD mean with Snap - ON ????
