I appreciate the compliment. I have some cleanup and gravel to put on the ground and then it'll be really done. Looking at the house we like one more time then putting in an offer. Can't wait.

Nice job on the deck Mason. And don't ever think that no one is paying attention. There's a lot of ground to cover here on the GJ. Sometimes it's weeks or months before I get caught up with everyone.

Awesome thread. I have missed this one in the past. There are so many I typically look at the new posts. One of these days I will go down the rabbit hole of the garage gallery. Definitely subscribing for future updates though.

I did some cleaning up. We have someone coming to look at the house tomorrow and it was only listed on Tuesday. So that's good news.
