I have read they are nice for cutting sheet metal.
Anyone can donate one to me if it makes you feel better?
I looked at a Craftsman at Sears. I asked about replacement blades and got a blank look from the salesman. He searched and said ... "It appears we don't sell them". I told him I'd think about it and that was the last that I did.I bought a Craftsman one a few years ago. The only time I used it was to cut a fiberglas floor shin out of a boat. It worked great for that, except, that it got so hot, I had to put it down. I returned it.

I think its a gimmick that you wont see around in a few years. Kinda like the electric hammers everyone was making 10 years ago.
If that makes em feel betterer, sure. I like to help rid people of tools they don't like.

What is the value added of a double cut saw? I see adds for them but never any comments about what is so good about the idea of two circular blades over one.
