Thank you, and we are. My wife was nice enough to let me do something with the floors before we start moving things around. SO we are chomping at the bit to start using it.

Thanks, I Hope so. We are actually planing a big party, since we never did a house warming party when we moved in during this COLD January .

My son was the first to move his truck in the new shop.

I have to finish wrapping the other 6x6 to match the left side of the loft


I like the way the man door turned out. I do feel that is needs a better calling job.


As far as the next steps.

I am waiting to do to much till after the overhead door gets installed. In the meantime i will be grinding down any hi spots in the slab, and working on getting the electrical service reconnected.

So the panel is permanent, the wiring is not. I need to slap the Neutral and ground tape, I need a ground bar added.
Then its time to start running EMT

Yes epoxy, I have a few spots that the slabs moved and need the trip hazard around down. I can se one day having to put a new floor in. So for now it will just be a basic epoxy job.
