Just checking in. Nice job on the dust collector delete!
Ah, it's that time of year isn't it? I need to do a good spring cleaning on my RD too. Great photos Dubber.

Are those headlights Euro Spec for left hand drive vehicles so the timing can be correct?
Dubber,
Just read through most of the thread, Awesome garage.. Im new to this forum and getting all kinda ideas for my small garage. Use to have a MKII & MKIV Jetta miss em both, Currently have a Bimmer ( Wife drives a '12 Passat SEL ) .
My old dubs...

Also took the opportunity to put in my new OEM VW emblem and OEM R32 badge. Front end is looking very fresh right now, super happy. The lower bumper grilles were also sprayed black while at the body shop. Made a noticeable improvement.
Really appreciating having a shed to store extra items. I have a few bins with the amassed extra parts at this point and its only going to get worse![]()
Nice H-codes, what bulbs do they use H7 or HID?
She's looking damn fresh!![]()

Loving the wiper delete. Looks SOOOOO much cleaner.
The cleanliness of the wires you cleaned up in the engine bay really did a lot. Nice work.
The headlights are a nice addition as well.
Just finished up reading your thread. Great use of the space you have. Superb job on the attention to detail with the garage and the vehicles. This gives me the idea to incorporate my truck build with my garage build thread, Keep up the great work.
I agree the TV in the garage is a huge bonus. I have mine hooked up to wifi, so internet researching and youtube how-to's are a click away. However when watching music videos, I do seem to get distracted. lol
And these bad boys are going into the .:R today. Super excited!

Pics of the install? This is where having a clean, organized garage pays off.
Good luck with the strut clamps on the A-arms, (if they're anything like the Mark V) IIRC, a 3/8" drive ratchet extension with split the socket if you don't have the OEM tool.

Nice coil choice, and not surprising. Your house is not a raceland house.![]()
Yups, that is a nice set of dampers!!
Let us know how they feel.![]()
Love the .:R !!
My friend had the same color .:R32 with tint and Cupra lip. Awesome cars. I still wish I had been in a position to buy it from him when he sold it. I had an OEM+ 1.8T GTI and this would have been a natural upgrade at the time.
Keep us updated on all the subtle mods and improvements.
Nice drop!! Looks great!
The R is looking very clean. Loving that look!
The lack of a rear wiper caps it all off!
Out helping a buddy in the garage last night. My neighbour stopped by and asked if i charged for these services. Informed him that I currently work for food and drinks both were provided that night.
Not a quality photo but i do really like this picture. Had to share with the group.
