Duraplank by morton

I was searching for composite splash boards a while ago, but it looks like morton has produced a system similar to permacolumn called MFS and Duraplank.

I think I like it.. Whats your impression?

I think you are confusing two different products here. Duraplank is Morton's name for their composite splashboard, not the name for their concrete footing.

The dura plank is one part or an option for the Morton Foundation System, which is similar to Permacolumn, though from diagram I question it's ability to withstand the bending moment Permacolumn can. Morton's web site could be clearer.

It appears based on this image from Morton's website that Duraplank is the name of their splashboard, not the concrete columns similar to Permacolumns.
