It looks like his auction was removed and he relisted it. This time he put "no phone" in the title.

Yes.

The original listing only said "white box, no accesories". That can easily lead the buyer to believe there is a phone included, but none of the accesories such as the ear buds, charger etc.

Let's see if the new listing gets anywhere near $405 now that they included the "no phone" clause. I sincerely doubt it!

Once again, I'm very happy people like this are so keen on showing their true colors. It helps me avoid doing any business with them whatsoever. A man's integrity should be a cherished value. SOme people would clearly prefer lining their own pockets with chump change.

ith the buyer protection plan, the buyers are more of a rip off then the sellers. They don't read the add because they know they can get a reduced price or money back (at sellers exspence). And no, Gary, there are millions of honest people just trying to make a living selling on ebay. Because of the lack of jobs, thats about all you can do in some parts of the country.

I have bought and sold stuff for years on ebay. I had 1 buyer that screwed me for $150.

It protects buyers but not so much sellers.


Still I buy and sell on ebay and craigslist. It's a great way to find great deals.

Sooooooooooo your saying i'm a rip off artis then, i buy tool's low, sell high, like this vintage 3/8 snap -on ratchet, about 1960's ,army issues, i dig out of a bucket of rusty tool's, and took home and clean up and rebuilt and put on e bay and last night the winning bid was $21.56 and $7.67 postage, and i only bought it for two buck's, so with that said ,too me old tools are not worth anything . so i guess i'm a scammer or guess i'm confused as too what your saying here

agin, if you ordered one from sams club and had to pay shipping 400-500 mi. the e-bay price is not so bad with free shipping.

if i wanted to give a bribe the easyest way would be to have the person set up a white box ad on ebay then bidd it up to what the bribe is pay it when i when if any checks finances the income was legit and even taxable
