I have two 8,000 lb Eagle lifts that came from their N. Carolina dealer. The first and only one I ordered was supposed to be the extra high model but they shipped a standard height one in error. I got it delivered, all unpacked and didn't see the difference until the posts were erected. After contacting them about their error and asking them to send someone to re-crate it and send it back in exchange for the one I ordered, they agreed to let me keep the first smaller lift for free and also send me the correct one at no charge.
In these days of poor supplier customer service, these folks were extremely cooperative and easy to work with. I am confident they will be there for me in the future if I need any parts or service.
Regarding the lifts, they are not professional auto mechanic quality but perfectly fine for the home shop. A friend also has had two of them for the past 18 years with no troubles or problems. I have the aluminum ramps which are light and easy to handle but have had to have them re-welded as they will get damaged if not set perfectly flat on the floor before you drive up on them.
For $600, you got yourself a great deal.
