I'm waiting for the hype to die and for people wanting these pliers to fill their toolbox before I go and purchase some. I plan to pick up the curved jaw 10" and 7" pliers but hope they come out with long nose and bent long nose pliers as well.

Looks like they will have a couple of didn't locking clamps like that(11" swivel and non Swivel), along with a 9" welding clamp.

Excited for these, very nice looking tools, will wait to buy from someone smaller vs Amazon.

I managed to grab a 7" curved jaw...very impressed with the feel and quality of these. I feel they are a step above the usa vise grip.

some more pics
last pic is next to a good condition usa vice grip. the "cam action" feels really good on these. they performed well removing some screws that were holding conduit on the side of my house. the heads popped off and i only had a small nub to grab..

I picked up the 10” and 7” curved jaw versions, haven’t used them yet, but fit and finish is superb. Jaws line up perfectly, machining is excellent, teeth are sharp and release lever operates smoothly. They feel solid in the hand and I fully expect them to outgrip / outlast my made in Germany and Taiwan alternatives. I’ll definitely pick up the needle nose version if Malco makes them.

I’m really liking the look of these.

The quality of the finish looks to be excellent, and it looks to me as though they have taken a bit if trouble over the packaging too - everything from the styling to the logo looks traditional / retro. It bodes well.

Here in the U.K. pro welders are really struggling to find decent vise grips, and the old British made “Mole” grips (the British equivalent) can go for silly money used.

I got lot of petersons, some got new in my early days and most from yard sales and ebay when found good order and I got fair few taiwan ones too but be buying a few of these malco ones .

Where are you getting them that are in a box rather than with a pegboard hook hanger?

Got my Eagle Grips from Epstein's today. Got the 10" and 7" versions. I gotta say, for a set of locking pliers, these are really beautiful, well-made tools. Definitely feels like a quality piece. Very satisfying snap-action, and very well made teeth. Excited to use them - which should be soon!

Plus, absolutely brilliant box art from Epstein's!

The things are gorgeous, haven't used mine in anger yet, first saw them on Snappy's truck but my work I don't use the big ones much and I have plenty but bought some to suport.
I need some small ones!

Already know 1st project to use 10” curved on.

Few tree limbs growing at an angle and will use wire to pull them more vertical. 10” curved will be great for cutting wire from spool and pulling/twisting wire tight.

So far with the Snap On locking pliers made by Malco,none warrantied out yet.Irwin didn't like this at all and cut Snap On off making anything for them.

irwin don't supply snapon grips, it was gripon that previously done snapon grips .

I haven't heard anything but no big deal if have.
plenty other sources rebrand and irwin deserve a kick in the nuts for some of the shite they put out to retail .

the lever design on those usa craftsman, that very much same design as the british birmingham made molegrips !
Anyone know what brand came first with this design or listed patent ?
