We just had a Eastwood automotive tool store open near me. I went in today and it looks like they mostly deal with body and paint tools but there is other stuff. They have their own line of Pliers which are rebrand Channellock. They also have a pretty decent amount of Channellock there as well. The Eastwood brand Sockets and wrenches(also ratcheting ) look to be gearwrench clones . They even say "surface drive is a registered trademark of Apex tool group ". Pretty good prices too. They also sell Gearwrench and some specialty automotive stuff. So does anybody know anything about them? Are they a decent company? Looks like I found a new local tool store to go broke in. The channellock prices were in line or less than HD. The Eastwood branded were 3 dollars cheaper on average.
