They are top shelf. Perhaps not quite wiha, but dang close. Of course assuming they are the same product they were in years past, US made and all that. If they changed that I haven't seen it yet. As far as I know 100 plus drivers remain the same.

I have the long cabinet version in #1 and #2 phillips. I had the #1 for 18 years before I bought the # 2, which is also why I bought the # 2. They're basic, and work.
