And your's appear to be Made in France.
Just came across this as well on Proto's website,

From my understanding, Proto's tools either comes from North America and Europe. Not aware of any coming from Taiwan, other than their current Blackhawk line.
Best thing to do as far as the eBay Sellers, is to send an inquiry on the COO.
Those wrenches do look pretty though, there's a lot we can do nowadays with a flex ratchet. However, I'm pretty sure it'd be far safer to use put a pipe on the other end for greater leverage.
They were originally all France Facom (and branded to others) but since Stanley bought them out they went overseas (I believe Taiwan) and have appeared under a number of Stanley brands. Quality is excellent though.
