It can be done, but not without some sort of visible definition between the two sides. Coatings just don't blend together like paint does. If you are applying color flakes they will help to camouflage the two sides a bit better, but it will still be noticeable.
A full flake coverage would be easier to hide the difference. Of course this would be the more expensive option because it will require commercial quality high solids product. Do 1/2 the floor and scrape the excess flakes, but do not clear coat yet. Move your equipment over as gentle as you can and then do the other side the same way. It should be much harder to tell where the two halves meet. Clear coat the second side first, let it cure for 5 or 6 days, move your equipment over and then clear coat the other side.
