Usually the featured items are coming from the manufacturer so they don't sell out. What we typically do though is fill up a cart and save it. That way as soon as it begins we can log in and purchase the cart.

Bought many tools over the years from here. It's kind of an addiction. Can't wait! I will be on vacation so I will be dropping myself reminders so I won't forget. Give us some more Norseman deals and looking for the S-K ratcheting wrench set deals. Thanks Jori and Epsteins.

My first purchase from them. 100% satisfaction. I ordered early because of father's day. I gave him a wright ratchet and a husky screwdriver like the ones here. From left to right a Wright 3/8 ratchet, Husky T handle screwdriver, Pratt-Read #2 Phillips, and Craftsman cushion grip #0 and #1 Phillips.

All right, let's get down to brass tacks:

1. Epstein's Day starts on July 3rd (Central Time) and runs through Sunday night (July 5th). What this means is that Epstein's Day is not actually a day. It's three days. It just doesn't sound as good to say "Epstein's Days" so once again you've been subtly tricked by advertising.

2. In order to get the "deals" you have to be signed up for The Super Secret Garage Journal Pricing Group. How do you get signed up? Create an account on our website (www.harryepstein.com) then DM me with your email and I'll take care of the rest. One thing to note: YOU MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR THE PRICING GROUP IN ORDER TO GET THE DEALS! (Sorry for yelling)

3. If you want Box Art you might be looking at a longer wait so keep that in mind. Also I think the "comments box" in our checkout is a bit screwy so you might want to send an email if you really want a shark wearing a tuxedo that's on fire riding a bicycle. The Box Artist this year is Emmet and she likes to paint animals (especially birds) if you have any desire to make her happy.

4. Normally we like to get orders out the same day they arrive but with Epstein's Day we are not only inundated with orders but have to deal with a lot of special order stuff. You guys always catch us off guard and order heavy on something unusual like a left handed metric adjustable wrench. All of this is to say that expect more of a delay than usual. We try to be good at communicating about orders but because we're swamped we are less communicative (at least for the first couple days) so be patient and know that we're scrambling around trying to fill them as quickly as possible.

5. If you qualify for a t-shirt be sure to let us know what size you need. (M - L - XL - XXL) Email ([email protected]) or DM's are acceptable. If you do qualify for a shirt and we don't get that info we will call you and leave an embarrassing message about your inability to follow directions. This also might delay your order.
