Order 6943.

Only big ticket item was a tap and die set. Otherwise just some odds and ends and of course a mystery bag.

Order #000006944

6 Dubuque bar clamps.
2 mystery bags.
1 50' Voltec cord
a couple hundred bucks of other assorted small tools, including some leatherworking stuff.

I missed out on Epstein's Day last year, looks like I kinda overcompensated this year. :D

I am, however, very disappointed with the shipping costs. Very.

I feel ya, shipping out West seems very high. If I remember correctly the 50' cord was more to ship than the cost of the cord?

I’ve yet to be able to get any shipping cost quote. Pick up at store the only option.

Started over twice now. My order history goes back to 2015 so it’s not like I haven’t done it before.

They have an Amazon store. I have ordered from there in the past. Prices are a little higher but not enough to equal shipping.

One of my items is $12 free shipping on Amazon and $10 from the website. Of course I don’t know what the shipping is on the web site.

Now that I look at the Amazon store they only have three items listed. Used to be more I’m pretty sure. I don’t blame them for not wanting to get involved with Amazon, maybe those three items are some sort of place holder.

I ordered yesterday evening. I bought a bunch of tools for Toyotas and a couple odds and ends:

SK 10, 12, 14, 17, 19 mm 6 point combination wrenches and 6 point sockets
SK 5/8" spark plug socket
SK 10, 12 mm hex socket bits
SK E14 socket
SK 3/8" drive ratchet (SK45170)
SK 1/2" drive ratchet (SK42470)
Wright small toolbox (W417)
Wright 4", 6", 8" C-clamps
Morse jab saw
Mystery bag

I was going to go with Wright for the wrenches, sockets, and ratchets, but it looks like they don't make 6-point metric in chrome anymore.

Re the tshirts per Jori post 78

If you qualify for a t-shirt be sure to let us know what size you need. (M - L - XL - XXL) Email ([email protected]) or DM's are acceptable. If you do qualify for a shirt and we don't get that info we will call you and leave an embarrassing message about your inability to follow directions. This also might delay your order.

was just ahead of firworks with 6982.

Picked up a 100' extension cord, couple of the Kanetsune knives, some adjustable wrenches (Crescent and Allen), SK feeler gauges, 15" flex 1/2 drive SK LP90, mystery bag, couple of Wilde gasket scrapers (a repeat purchase), some stainless cleaning brushes, and a Wright metric satin finish set #750 which I really didn't need but I have a place I want to carry them for on the road use. At least that's what I told myself.

The Wright set and the extension cords are exceptional deals, and the super secret SK pricing makes the LP90's competitive. Thanks Jori very much appreciated.

Wow, think this year was a record. I placed my order early Friday and it was just delivered. Kind of odd though as I never received an order confirmation email (just the PP email) and no shipping email. Oh well, at least it arrived safe and quick!

Perfect timing as our youngest son and his fiance just bought their first place and I needed a few more tools to finish a house warming tool kit.

-DT80 kit for my 3870 ratchet
-File handles for a few NOS Nicolson files I bought from HJE a couple years ago
-2 ChannelLock pliers
-Dental pick
-Dutton oiler

Second shot is my mystery bag order that included a nice set of snips, stubby flat blade and an interesting stepped allen driver (Granco 2028 - 7/64) with what appears to be a holster/sheath??

Thanks again to HJE and I was glad to participate

Just got my order in, number 6996. Is it me or is everyone putting in bigger orders than years past? I didn't do a huge order, but bigger than I usually do.

This is by far the biggest HJE day order I've ever made, but only because when I showed my family the price on those extension cords they went ham.

It was my biggest ever so far as well. Really wanted to do more but those WrightGrip full polish wrenches will have to wait thanks to coronavirus.

This order is about double what my order last year was, which is about double what the 1st years order was.

Order 7018 in. My biggest order as well, but not by much.

Ordered SK sockets in 1/4" deep & shallow, sae & mm. Got full sets and the loose individuals to go 4-15 & 1/8-5/8, minus one deep well I believe.
Picked up some hex keys, a File set and a 1/4 extension. And the 1/4 lp90 to try out.

Order 7025 went in at 11:59 their time, I think...

I needed some more wrench rolls, and of course a bunch of random little add- on stuff- a couple more Bonneys, Osborne needles, an Enderes prybar, a sap, a mystery bag, that v- belt punch I don't really need for $3, that short Wilde prybar, etc. etc.

I wish I that I could have jumped in but the shipping rates to the west were prohibitive. I actually had my cart ready days in advance and started to check-out several times over the weekend but that large shipping number stopped me each and every time. I know shipping costs are a real cost for businesses but the rates appeared higher than what I expected. In any case, my cart was full of wants and not needs so, the money stayed in my pocket. Oh well, maybe next year.

THANKS HJE! :rocker:

Same here, I was ready to pull the trigger on a few items (wants not needs) but the shipping costs killed it to ship to the mid-Atlantic. As a caveat, last year I got in on the Norseman drill bit deals and I was happy. I know the shippers, including USPS, all raised their rates at least at the consumer level so I completely understand. I just need to be more selective on things I need vice want when ordering online. Thanks to HJE for putting this sale on again.
