Looks like you got your $5 worth!

I ordered two of those picks for oil filter orings and electrical connectors. They seem of good quality?

If you requested box art, it may take a bit longer to ship. Packaging Picasso can't be rushed. ;)

Just wondering if anyone else was still waiting for them to ship their order?

I am. But last years order still says it's still processing even though I got it pretty soon after placing the order. So some shipments may be on the way without us knowing it yet. I'm sure they're slammed with the 250+ orders they got over the weekend. Can't be easy digging though the building to find all the closeout stuff we ordered. It's not like they're Amazon with everything in an assigned bin. Add in even more for time making what is probably hundreds of mystery bags. And then of course there's the box art for those that asked for it.

I certainly can't complain about the shipping costs. $437 order with some heavy items (yes, I may have bought the 5 lbs of solder) and shipping came out to $35. More than reasonable. Besides, it's all about supporting a great business. Now I get to sit back and patiently await my mystery bags.

Yeah, shipping seemed very doable to Ohio. $16 for a $450 order. I will say it was mostly small items though, so...
I am also still waiting, but I requested box art and was well aware that would delay arrival. Have yet to be anything but happy with my HJE experiences.

Right, my old orders are still processing. That's what I figured with all the orders placed. Hard Knocks Forge YouTube channel has a 3 part tour video of that place and it's insane how they know where stuff is. Nice to hear I'm not the only one. Thank you.

I ordered 7/3 and it still hasn't shipped as far as I know. Not in any rush, so it's no big deal, totally understand they are probably swamped!

I got my order today. Mystery bag contents second pic. Weird wrench that was dipped in wax, 1/4 extension, and some kind of lead shot filled thing. Most happy with the extension cords. IMG_8946.jpgIMG_8947.jpg

Received mine today. Thanks Jori and crew! Upgraded my metric combo wrenches to Wright-Grips as well as some SK Flarenuts and a small needle nose. Unfortunately I got busy on the 3rd and didn’t get my order in til late so I missed out on Channellock swag. My mystery bag had a small tool roll, punch, brush, and a 27/32 wrench. Can’t wait til I come across that fastener.

I haven't received mine yet but I special ordered a couple things from SK and that'll take awhile. Plus I followed up with two emails so I'm sure I confused the hell out of them. Luckily, I'm in no hurry. When it gets here, it gets here.

No word on shipping on my order yet. But having been in an online business in a past life, I understand how long it takes to process, pack and ship orders when you have a big promo like this.

Dealing with a “small business” buying American made tools, (Wright And SK Tool’s) it’s worth the wait!

I was wondering if anybody would get the bomb tethers. Order now, only 12,171 left in stock!

https://www.harryepstein.com/bomb-tethers.html

Finding WWII bombs is a regular occurrence over here during excavation in cities and in the training areas. if I get one in my mystery bag I guess I'll give it to EOD to make moving them to the demo pit easier.

I wonder how many other unique and interesting things reside in the nooks and corners of HJE.

I bought three bomb tether's with my previous order. Thought I could use them to circle my dog leashes around something real easy, but no such luck, a bit too stiff. Still looking for another use, it will appear.

I too purchased some more of those a while back. My girlfriend wanted to hang up a large painting of the Eiffel tower she got when she went to France about 15 years ago.. the bomb tether worked nicely [emoji16]

I got one free during Epstein's Day 2018. Great for holding stuff in the truck from moving around.

The mystery tool is a grinding stone dresser, used to true grinding wheels on bench/pedestal grinders.

Anyone know what this is ? A stamping tool maybe ?

Robert,

We should compare partial sets of 1/4 sockets and see if we can make a complete set!

Robert,

We should compare partial sets of 1/4 sockets and see if we can make a complete set!

My set had 1/2”, 7/16”,3/8”, 1/4” & 3/16”
The 1/2” was Herbrand & the 3/8” was Bonney
The other 3 were unbranded or had the brand ground off, what was your set?:dunno:
