Is this an aftermarket fence/router table system ? If so, who make it.

I think it's part of the Ryobi BT3000 or BT3100 table saw. I believe it has been discontinued.

Not sure who makes your fence, but if you're looking for a new one I sure hope you can find one with a built in heater!

Wow, those pictures look like a pre accident photo shoot.

Yup, Ryobi. Those BT’s have a following.

The operator is a well qualified, experienced carpenter working outside in the snow, so I do not question any of safety gear.

I looked up some images of those Ryobi saws. The look similar but do not have the yellow plastic end caps.

Lol, whenever I see someone wearing gloves while operating rotating machinery my sphincter puckers up....

That and the board doesnt look flat against the table, just waiting to bind.

Never saw the need for a contractor saw like these, if I can't cut it close enough with the skillsaw then it's probably a finished piece and every portable table saw I have used can't make a finished cut worth a damn anyway.

Google search for "extended table saw fence" has not come up with a good match so ...

I have been shopping on and off for an older (late 70' - early 90's) Craftsman 10" table saw. Cast iron table extensions on both side, front mounted, belt driven motor. But I really want and extended fence system wuth the capability to mount a router and use the work surface as a router table.

So how about some "cost effective" solutions
(which leaves out Biesemeyer). Remember this is going one a 20-30 year old second hand saw that I will likely pay $100-$150 for. A fence that can be adjusted truly PARALLEL to the blade, and will stay that way, is key !

80/20 setup using parts from fleabay?

Seems that this is an area that is either cheap (in cost and quality) or $$. The biggest thing I always looked for was stiffness and how tight/smooth the fence adjusted

I haven't looked into replacement fences in a few years since I lucked into my cabinet saw on CL. 80" table and Bessemer fence FTW.
