Thanks so much. Heres a couple of pics of the build. The cabinets are actually old blueprint cabinets I got for free from a university. I had a local machine shop waterjet cut a grid of holes every 3". I had to tap 585 holes 1/2-13. I picked up a used but sturdy mag base drill off the internet. The tubes are 1/4 x 6" x 6". The upper angle iron is 3/8 x 6" x 6". I moved all my hand and measuring tools here to free up shop space and took my roll cabinets home. I drew everything in solidworks to ensure everything would fit. Mathematically it worked out perfect with a 4" overhang. Cheers !
