So, this thread was right beside the Snap-on screwdriver thread and got me thinking. Does Snap-on make a knife with their tried and true screwdriver handle (http://buy1.snapon.com/catalog/objects_lg/18900/18870.JPG)? I actually just recently felt my first Snap-on screwdriver handle, and I've gotta say, I like it. I think it would fit a knife really well.

Also, to stay on topic:
<a href="http://s1324.photobucket.com/user/Youngguns1782/media/IMG_0176_zps76304992.jpg.html" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1324.photobucket.com/albums/u611/Youngguns1782/IMG_0176_zps76304992.jpg" border="0" alt=" photo IMG_0176_zps76304992.jpg"/></a>

This is my knife of choice. Dependable, inexpensive, comfortable.

I don't carry knives every day, but when I do its something thats good for the activity in question. When hunting or fishing its one of my Finnish Puukkos or maybe the Cold Steel Master Hunter. For more general use folders likely to be with me are Buck 110 from 80's or maybe the Böker Magnum Damascus. And sometimes its something else.

But my absolute favorite is the Cold Steel Tanto also from 80's:

Right now it's a toss up between my large carbon fiber sebenza 21 and my spyderco manix 2 xl. The manix gets more pocket time when I want utility but the sebenza is hard to beat when I just want pure simplicity.

The Duchy of Grand Fenwick, otherwise known as Gre
Fallkniven U2 seems to be spending a fair bit of time in my pocket recently.
Laminated powder metalurgy centre section (you can see the line about 4mm back from the edge where the steel that forms the centre lamination is).

Out of the box the sharpest knife I've ever picked up and that SGPS steel holds a very good edge, not a massive numb knife and I don't notice the weight in my pocket at all, plus its not even faintly "Tactical" looking which is type I'm not keen on.

Newest EDC is the Leatherman Skeletool.

I keep a Wave on my center console.

Is anyone on the EDC Forum?

I am. And as for the post above, I have the same setup. Bought the bit kit and extender as well for my surge, but don't use it too much.

I don't remember I've been a member for a few years. It probably took a couple days. One of the few forums that manually accepts people. But the forum is awesome, it covers such a wide array of areas. Blade forums is another great forum. I've been on there since I was able to use the Internet.

...Is anyone on the EDC Forum?

Reminds me of a youtube video where the guy says "My EDC today is a model .... "
Unless I'm missing something an "Every Day Carry" knife is one you in fact carry every single day.
If you choose a different one every few days just call it a pocket knife.

On a humorous note a forum for EDC knives seems like it could be pretty slow. You introduce yourself and your EDC; and then what, check back each year to confirm your EDC is still your EDC?

You would be really surprised how busy it is. I have been scoping it out until I get accepted.

Check it out! There are THOUSANDS of trinkets, tools, lanyard, etc....out there. Plus just like this site there are reviews on just about everything!

I think the EDC Forum might actually be busier than both my Duramax Forums Combined.

Spyderco ladybug salt. Yelllow. .6 ounces. Very sharp. Salt version is an amazing rust proof steel.

My beater knife, but bigger and bulky is the amazing SOG flash 2

Next knife will be in the 1 oz range

I bought one a few weeks ago. Not a huge fan....but it is light and slim. Practically disappears in your pocket

Yea man i think thats what i like about it. Its not bulky, it does the job, i like the 2 lever safety.
