I have several very lightly used Festool systainers that were used to store camera gear, flashlights and some collectibles. These are available as empty cases or with the dimpled foam lid for $3.00 more (I am keeping the pick & pluck foam inserts to transfer to some new Systainers).
I recently ordered the same boxes from Tanos in Anthracite, Red and Yellow to differentiate these items from my workshop tools. These Sys1 and Sys2 cases are essentially brand new.
The Systainer #1 is 4" deep and the Systainer #2 is 6" deep. See additional details at http://www.ultimategarage.com/festool/systainer.html .
Systainer #1 = $44ea ($47 with the dimpled foam insert for the lid)(8 available)
Systainer #2 = $48ea ($51 with the dimpled foam lid insert) (6 available)
Here are some photos of how they are being used....
Another advantage to these Systainers that I've found over the years is that they fit perfectly in Lista cabinet drawers (you can get 6 in a DW cabinet drawer)....the Sys1's need 5" deep drawers (150F) and the Sys2's need 7" deep drawers (200F).
