My current bag. Don't mind the Husky snips, somehow my Kleins went missing and I haven't had a chance to pick up a new pair yet...

Next time I clean out my bag I'll have to get a pic of all the tools in it

This works for me, rides on the truck seat. The pics are generic but show the concept. I got a lot of stuff jammed in the truck but the every stop commons are in the tool tote and there are occasions when using another truck my helper says,, I am just getting the tray. Did my last 2 road rescues with it. Even found a welding rod in the bottom to fashion a hook.

I used to carry a dewalt bag had it stuffed full of tools, but it started getting so heavy when I would carry it and my laptop bag around too my arm started going numb, so I switched to AWP pouch works well for me. I have tried to work all out of a back pack, but I can't find one big enough to hold my stuff, usually I carry 2 laptops and a multitude of Nortel Cables and adapters. I would rather make more trips to the truck unless it is a high security place I am working (aka amazon.com) where it takes around 45 minutes and a full search to get out the door. When I worked at amazon had to write down every serial number of everything laptop cellphone all electronics.

a few neat items can be found at sandman.com for telephone geeks.

Got issued new stuff today for a new machine certification. In the wisdom of an EU owned company, they gave us a 1/2" socket set. This is 1 case of the 9 I was issued today. I'll only ever use 2 sockets that this all comes with. Not sure if it's Stahlwille, although we've ordered things from the Hoffman Group and some ratchets were marked as Hazet and not Garant. This is only marked Garant. So Stahlwille?

Yes, that looks as though it has Stahlwille origins.

It’s basically their standard ratchet of about two generations ago, with a different handle (that thing looks ungainly) and a different selector.

Can’t say for sure, but the finish might be a bit more matte than my Stahlwille.

Basically good ratchets, though who knows if cost cutting was requested? If the sockets and accessories have the same origins they will be excellent, and very nice to use.C38E90CA-D521-4330-958F-2F710D6761B6.jpeg

Ah good to know, thank you for the confirmation. The finish on the sockets are beautiful. I never handled a Stahlwille ratchet before, or the sockets for that matter. Glad I finally got to hold one in person. I'm also kinda surprised at how light it is for 1/2"
