Well...
For those of you that have followed my "free" cabinet install, you'll note that it has come a long way.
It also ceased being "free" a long time ago.
The pictures below are a little hot because the second coat of varnish hasn't dried yet. The counter top was made out of kiln dried hard maple a friend at a furniture factory near me had on hand. It wasn't a "freebie", but he did treat me right on the deal.
I think he did an awesome job with it. It's glued up out of 1 1/2" thick stock and weighs around 100 pounds. The wood is almost as hard as iron. I really love how it turned out.
Stick a fork in the stupid cabinet project. It is done.
