The guy with auger charged 75 an hour. He was onsite for 2 hours plus the trip fee and I made out pretty good.

The picture is from my back porch. I have 1.3 acres. To the left is an acre pond that we part own. The shop will be used to house my dirt car and a home office

Today went well. Concrete around the poles. Building inspector said I won't need another inspection until it is done.

Picked up garage doors in a monsoon yesterday. Went with two 10 X 12 and one man door.

They are used in auto body shop for frame straightening. I am just of trying to roll the race car in from outside by myself.

I really like your build, garage envy for sure!

Check out post #44 on page 3 of my thread to see how I setup a pulley to pull my car in and out of the garage.

subscribed... idyllic setting you have there with the mature trees and pond. *GREENWITHENVY*

Just because we at GJ live vicariously through builds like this, would you mind putting up a full list of planned features in your first post as a sort of teaser of things to come?

Those are interesting anchor pots. I haven't seen any quite like those with the feet on them. may I ask where you bought them. I use to install those in body shops but it was done after concrete was poured

I like that clear ridge cap.Is it open vent?
That will let in a lot of light. It'll be neat during lightning storms too.
