Thank you John! Hopefully today they will install the rest of the roofing. It was too dark yesterday, when they finished, to get a picture. I will post one later today.

John it turns out my halftimers is working overtime. My blue is Gallery blue not Hawaii blue like yours. I had considered the Hawaii blue for awhile but decided on the darker color.

Thanks guys! The inside will be a slower process, if that’s possible, than the shell of the building. I have a couple of ideas in mind but we will see what the economics dictate. None of my considerations involve Sheetrock. Sheetrock just won’t stand up to my work style. I have been very hard on the Sheetrock in my two car garage. A lot of repair work is waiting on me after I move everything out.

John I don’t think that will be a problem sir! I’m building out of necessity.

I hear you loud and clear !! I'm in the same situation.
When I bought this property I thought I could get by with the 24x25 "shed" that was here as my shop. Turns out 35 years as a GC produces a LOT of STUFF .

My 2-car attached garage is full ( my wife can't wait to inherit the garage ) . And I have three other vehicles I'd like to keep out of the Florida sun ( it's hell on leather interiors and clearcoat ).
