Stoked for you!! I remember the feeling of being able to use a ROLLING jack,.....and NOT have gravel stabbing you under the shoulder blade LOL!!Bought a house and have a 4800 sq ft garage. Now to be able to work on cars out of the weather!
Considering he's been a member for 12 years with only 8 posts..........it may be while before we get an update.OP hasn't posted since yesterday evening. Probably got himself lost in the "garage".
No that is an old pool house(it’s been filled in) has a brick house about 2700 sq ft, a 3000 sq ft social hall with a full kitchen and bathroom and then the shop on 7.78 acresIf the building on left is the house, you did good son. Priorities
There is almost more cement outside the shop than underneath it. Same for the social hall.Nice,,,the old cement pad be suitable for a storage shed when you run out of room in the shop..
I could fill it now I have 20 cars and a bike. But most are in Georgia…and this is in Texas. Just gonna have to bring a car from my other house every time I visit homeWow, one extreme to the other. No garage to something I'd consider a bit more than "a garage". Now, we count down to how long it takes to fill it up and start building an "extension"!
It’s been that long? I haven’t logged into here for a whileConsidering he's been a member for 12 years with only 8 posts..........it may be while before we get an update.![]()
4800 sq ft. Has doors on each end you can drive a semi truck thru. The previous owner had a trucking repair business but this was at his house. Said he was into fire truck restoration. A lot of the junk has been cleaned out since this post from the realty’s listingsquare footage! more photos please![]()
Negative it’s all pavedIs that a gravel driveway I see in the aerial image leading from the major roadway to the adjacent concrete pad? I'm just wondering about access here.
