Wow, one extreme to the other. No garage to something I'd consider a bit more than "a garage". Now, we count down to how long it takes to fill it up and start building an "extension"!

I could fill it now I have 20 cars and a bike. But most are in Georgia…and this is in Texas. Just gonna have to bring a car from my other house every time I visit home

square footage! more photos please:thumbup:
4800 sq ft. Has doors on each end you can drive a semi truck thru. The previous owner had a trucking repair business but this was at his house. Said he was into fire truck restoration. A lot of the junk has been cleaned out since this post from the realty’s listing

This is certainly one of the best clean slates ever. You have the room to do anything you want.Any thoughts on what your next steps will be?

Awesome space, congrats!

You'll never have a better chance to get the space clean, so if it was mine I'd probably start with pressure washing the floor and getting it clean. Your choice if you want to coat it with something, have it ground and polished etc. Even to reduce the dusting and make it easier to sweep I personally would look at some type of coating

From there it's all about what you want to do in it. Wall covering, insulation and infrastructure (air, electric, lighting etc) will be a big effort but will deliver a great space when you're done. Any desire to install air conditioning or heat down the road? Can break up the space and do it in chunks if you can identify defined spaces you want to do different tasks ....hot work area for welding etc, normal mechanic work, long term project work...storage etc.

Is that a gravel driveway I see in the aerial image leading from the major roadway to the adjacent concrete pad? I'm just wondering about access here.
