I would choose a box with more drawers for mechanics work. It looks like a glorified single bay box with a lot of wasted space. I would have to agree with everyone else in getting the HF 44" box. It is a well made box at a great price. It is cheap and easy to expand as you get more tools and fill it up.
I started as a mechanic almost 14 years ago with a 40" wide craftsman top and bottom box. I quickly filled it up, so added a side box with more drawers. When that filled up and I was buying more diag tools with big plastic cases I got the side locker for the other side. Having a box you can cheaply expand on while not making a lot of money is important, that way you can get more quality tools. When you start making good money trade it in for a big box. I worked out of my craftsman box for 3 years before I got a deal on a 6 month old snap on krl 1003 box. With the trade in I paid cash for it and I don't think I will ever have to replace it again.
