I ordered some new blades from Fiskar for my 20 yr old loppers. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong ones and when I contacted them, they asked for a picture of the loppers I was using. I sent the picture then nothing for a few days. I was about to follow-up when lo and behold, two of the correct blades arrived in the mail!
I just wanted to give a shout-out for the great customer service. Too often we only hear about negative experiences.
