10-4Nice collection,, no doubt that your an avid CPF reader.![]()
I have to agree....I am partial to SF for more reasons than onesurefire led. Best flash light I have ever owned.

That mini-Mag looks like it has seen some use.![]()
Out of all of those, what would you feel is the best light for the money?

stinger led with the tail cap switch and a piggy back charger with the extra battery. and get a car charger so you can take it home or on a trip with you. when your light is brighter than the cops it makes them real interested in your light and want to know where they can buy one if they do not already carry one.

The mini mag is actually, a 650nm/200mW laser. I used the minimag body as a host for my build. Before that, yes it saw lots of use in its former life.Actually in the pelican case in my picture in the above post.....every thing on the right hand side are actually lasers I have built.
Pictures of the minimag 200mW build......

As far as quality, IMO surefire cant be beat. But you asked "best light for the money"....As much as I hate to admit this, its has to be my Ultrafire WF-016. It is the flashlight in my pelican case, in the middle bottom with a silver bezel. I got it on dealextreme.com for $31.50! It does not have the quality my SF's do, but its not far off. Its built pretty damn well. Gives any of my Surefires that run on 123s (6P,9P,E2DL,A2 etc) a run for their money as far as beam brightness and quality! Nothing can compare for the price...Trust me I have quite a few flashlights and this subject, well...has a lot to do with how I make my living.
Specs on the Ultrafire WF-016
- 380 lumens, nice pattern with little to no artifacts.
- Uses a cree SSC-P7 emitter (LED).
- It uses a single 18650 rechargeable.
- Has a 5 mode tail clicky.
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.28938
- My real world experience it has around a 60 minute run-time on the brightest mode! Manufacturer states it has a 75 minute run time.

The black one above the 3 silver one's looks very much like my laser SOS torch . . .
Originally it was a o-like 200mW/650nm. Lasted about a year. Diode crapped out. So I tore it apart, threw in a drlava driver and a GGW-H20L 405nm diode. freaking rocks now.![]()
OMG, nice nice . . . Was this the green one?
I've had my SureFire C2 Centurion for more than seven years. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of my light and the exceptional customer service at SureFire. I like it so much that when I saw one on sale for 30% off, I bought it just to have it in reserve.
Was a 650nm = RED
Now its 405nm = Bluray
532nm = Green (I have a few but this was not one of them)
Below are a before/after beamshot.

mkdive, so on that Ultrafire WF-016, how do the different "modes" work. Do you click it once for low, twice for medium, etc.?
