Fleet is part of the Plomb/Proto empire. That same ratchet has been made with the following names, Plomb, Proto, Fleet, Firestone, Craftsman, Penens,True Test and one was made for M-Wards, but I don't remember the name right off hand. There are many still around. The design dates from the late 1930s/early 1940s.
