I don't see any reason why it wouldn't be. These are a brand new model, just like the TLL72 which was clearly stamped USA. I m happy to hear its longer than 15". I might have to swap it in place of my Matco.

Yeah I'm glad Snap On went and got their balls back from their ol' lady's purse and put USA on the TLL72, I like mine. My dealer knows the first FLL80 he gets is mine.

It is stamped USA on the handle. It also feels great and the extra length over the fl80 is awesome.

I just tried calling Snap On to purchase one and they are on a hold for anybody other than franchisees. The warehouses have plenty of FLL80's. The customer rep said that they will not be released for sale on the web or directly from Snap On until mid March. The ratchets were pushed out as a promo for the franchisees. Since I do not have anyone that stops near me, I will have to wait. I am bummed out.

I'll take the matco one of your hands if you're getting the snappy one

Has anyone been able to purchase the Fll80 since the last OP did?
I can't seem to find a Snappy truck near where I live.

wow that thing is LONG! now I really can't wait until the SLL80 comes out

I figure the Fll80 is good for dampners and tight clearance stuff that is in need of extra leverage to break loose. somewhere a 1/2" drive depth won't fit

I just bought an FLL80 today off the truck. My dealer had a promo going for the FLL80 ($129.05) along with the TL72 for a penny. I swapped the TL out for a TLL72 since they're the same price.

Very nice... $129 for both? That's a tiny bit tempting  Snap-On guy comes tomorrow, I just may have to take a look at these.

Is that a Snap On promo? I may have the most useless SO guy on the face of the planet. I have mentioned many times that I am interested in the TLL72 and SLL80, and he has not gotten any yet. I even told him last Friday!!:dunno::willy_nil

Does your guy have any other?

I believe so. He said he got them on a deal, so I doubt he was doing it out of pocket. FLL80 for 129.95 and the TL72 was a penny. TL72 and TLL72 cost the same, so he let me swap them.

Did you mean FLL80? 'Far as I know there is no SLL80 yet.

I tell you these FLL80's are like gold. I called one SO dealer and stopped another SO truck in my area and they have not received any as of yesterday. For the guys that were able to purchase them, you were very fortunate. I am surprised that they are not on Ebay yet.

My dealer had several. I don't know how many he sold before he got to our stop, but he sold 2 others at my shop. I had one reserved.

Can anyone confirm is the FLL80/TLL72 for a penny deal was offered to all dealers? I'd like to know my snap on driver's are pretty cool but I wouldn't put it past anyone in NYC to not disclose that they got such a deal and sell both tools at full price. I am well aware it is as per the franchisee's discretion on what price they set however it never hurts to bring it up, maybe they'll admit they got the deal and pass it along to me :)

I called SO customer service and was told that the FLL80 will be available on line starting March 1. I inquired about the buy one FLL80 and get a TL72 and the customer service rep asked where I lived and she said that there were no promotions in the New York area. So it must be a regional promotion.

I saw a couple on the truck today. 17.5"'long! And my dealer had the buy the 3/8ex long and get the 1/4 ex long free. And if no one else mentioned it I did notice a USA on the handle just like the 1/4 ex long.
