Irwin bar clamp. Has served me well for a few years albeit not used everyday. Aligning body panels can get fidgety and on this truck the radiator frame pivots sloppily 56700E61-755D-4FC2-81A9-FFD251C74DB1.jpegon big bushings. Front to back position referenced to the firewall comes into play.
If you knock out the roll pin on the ratcheting end of the Irwin you can then reverse the clamp to expand instead of clamping. A big win, made it easy.

You don't have to knock out the roll pin to reverse that clamp. I have a couple of them. Start by moving the movable jaw to the center of the bar to get it out of the way. Then when you unlock and flip the orientation of the fixed foot end, also relocate it to the other end of the bar. That allows the clamp to be used as a spreader without performing any modifications to the tool.
