Found it at work in the bottom of some processing equipment, wrapped in a WalMart plastic bag! We occasionally have outside contracting crews come in for specialized work. The last one was probably a year or two ago. 2 supervisors gave me the OK to take it home if no one claimed it. The supe's could probably go back in the records to see who the last contracting crew was (they usually come from the east coast) but they're far too lazy for that and couldn't be bothered. I waited 2 weeks and no word from anyone so, it's mine now!

It's definitely used and someone put a crappy red paint job on it but other than that it seems to be in really good shape! I installed a new Milton air fitting, put in a few drops of oil and promptly removed some rusted on lugnuts. It weighs a ton and screams like a banshee but it's got loads of torque and had no problem removing those rusty lugnuts! Not bad for free! I'll set it in my box next to the Aircat!

You cannot solicit a You ****. The award rules clearly state that any member who solicits a You **** for a purchase or acquisition disqualifies himself from receiving the coveted You **** award for that purchase.

Everyone is right! Here I am so giddy about showing off my find that I've violated a basic rule!
A thousand apologies to my brethren!
I am truly humbled!!

Those Impacts came red from Snap on. They were definitely NOT one of their better impacts. The ergonomics sucked and there were trigger issues.

A free turd is still a turd. No suckage from me.:lol:

Denied and shot down. No self suckage. The proper way would be to A) not title a thread about suckage and B) just post your find and ask how you did...

Evin tho here hey I found this super cool hard hitting snap on air tool at work and since no one lost it and my kind hard working boss told me to keep it I can now add it to my work tool box; do you guys think the red color will go well with my other tools?

Wait for it, wait for it.....

Be happy you're on the west coast. In Connecticut, the Governor would still charge you a 6.35% sales tax on the current retail cost of the item, or, if it has been discontinued, their best guess as to what it should cost. If you find a penny, they want you to send in 6.35 cents as a tax.

Sometimes it pays to pick up some random plastic bag.
