Please take a look at the picture..
1. What are the metal tabs that are bent called? And their purpose?
2. The 1x2 wooden strip that goes through the foundation… I believe it is called spreader cleat and held the plywood pour structure and the builder left it in there. Is that correct understanding?
3. Some of those wooden pieces have rotten out letting water and potentially rodents in. What would you recommend to close them out after I drill out the wood?
