Page claims "there are too many surveys in progress" does this mean they are out? It has been like this for quite a while.

Nice, I just grabbed one. Is this company a good brand overall?

IDC either way, I'm more curious to see how I like the ratcheting wrench in general, my brother swears they are the best thing ever.

I just checked, the e-mail is extremely vague. Personally, IDC, they are being nice enough to give me a free wrench and they can take their sweet *** time shipping it. That being said, I'm quite anxious and want mah dam wrench!

I received this response from customer service today.
I have an email with a confirmation date of October 24.

Good morning,

Those wrenches are being sent out regular mail. It may take a little time for you to receive. Have a nice day.

I signed up on Oct 24th as well. I live about 30 minutes away from Eastwood. Something tells me it doesn't take that long. When I ordered my torque wrench I had it the next day. It's not like I can complain about free, if it shows it shows, if not oh well.

I can't believe that Eastwood is willing to risk their reputation by not fulfilling a promotion that they offered. As TinKnocker said, they probably pulled the trigger too soon, not having the wrenches on hand. If we get it, great, if not, no big deal.
