First of all I do not want to get on this board and shamelessly promote my products, but I am looking to this group for valuable feedback on our latest innovation a 100% Solids Single Component Polyurea. RockSolid Floors is a tried and trusted brand that is sold in Lowe's and trusted worldwide as the premium choice for DIY coatings and is the only DIY product that has 100% approval score and the Handyman Club of America Seal of Approval as well as BigFoots glowing endorsement. RockSolid Floors is manufactured and developed by Citadel Floors our parent company http://www.citadelfloors.com that started the One Day Floor craze 5 years ago with our Polyaspartic coating systems.

OK, enough of the background and let me get to the FREE!! Kits. We are in final development of our 100% SOLIDS SINGLE COMPONENT DIY POLYUREA kit. The product itself has been proven for a year commercially and we are ready to "change the DIY floor coating game" with this stuff but I need some feedback on our instructions and packaging and I figure the group on the garage journal would be a perfect focus group. I am looking for 10 DIY floors that can be coated in the next 3 weeks and I will require feedback, before and after pics and help me cover the shipping coat of $25 per 250 sq ft kit. I am not looking for competitors to just try to get ahold of this stuff, we run an honest business and we are just looking for honest feedback so we can launch a perfect system.
This is the easiest product on the market to use because there is NO POT LIFE or MIXING "my grandma can roll out this stuff", just roll out with the included roller, wait 4-8 hrs to walk on and 24 hrs to drive on!! The ASTM Tabor Abrasion test on the product proves the product is 100X stronger than water-based epoxy and at least 10x stronger than 100% solids epoxy. You will not be disappointed with this coating, I guarantee it with our standard lifetime warranty.
Send me a PM to be the first ones on the list. Thank you for your time and attention and Merry Christmas.

Patrick

cool free kits!
but here in new england the temps are a bit too cold for that lol.
otherwise i got a newly poured floor in an unheated garage and two 30 yr old garage floors in my raised ranch which are heated garages.
would jump on this if it was summer but not during the winter months.

AAAARRGH!
agree with above, I'm in New England, would have loved to do this in the fall.
Have a big shop though, 30x50, REZNOR overhead heater that cranks but there's no telling how cold the concrete would get by the far end by the door.

I'm sure you'll get 10 people super quick. Can't wait to see the results, I'll be buying come spring time. and.......what LOWE'S are your products sold at??? Never seen them around these parts.

PM sent. Thanks, and I'm good with gray. Typed in tan, but then re-read it. Gray works just as well.

Hello Patrick,

Great offer! Are your polyurea systems the conventional polyureas or the new polyaspartics?

I saw that too and was wondering the same thing (not that I'm a veteran around here but......), lets hope they are trustworthy and follow through with what RockSolid asks.

PM'd. Would completely depend on your drop-dead install date is though as I would have to clean the garage out (although it could definitely use it!).

My garage is new, so I dont have to worry about cleaning it out before starting. The floor has not been stained in any way, and is pristine. I would take a couple days off to complete this project, and report before and after pics.

PM Sent.......and thanks!

Honestly, thanks for the offer, but I'm too leery of these DIY floor kits. Nothing looks worse than a floor with paint or a coating peeling off.

I hope you get some good people to apply your product and give you an honest assesment.

Based on my experience with them I would be cautious of any product from citidel/rocksolid, especially if it is experimental.

The free price may be appealing but I suggest before anyone invest the prep and install time, to apply a small test on an area you don't care about just in case it does not hold up.

Like Nuttsgt said, nothing would be more disappointing than to commit to doing your whole garage with their product and ending up with bad results.
