no problem, thats why we are all here! Always have to think ahead 2-3 (or more) steps on any kind of build.....Good luck with whatever they come up with, always some sort of growing pain on a new place.

You bet..and thanks, again for the input!
Mostly this, but also the fact that there's been next to no progress in the garage. Though, I did discover this last week while weedwhacking my lawn:
So the engineer will be coming back to assess it in person and, I assume, decide whether or not to put a monitor on this crack, too.
Not all bad, though, I guess. I attended the BMWCCA RI Show N Shine in Narragansett,RI last weekend and took a really cool photo of my car with the Towers as the backdrop:
Also won a $100 eBay gift card last month by playing one of those spin-the-wheel games on their website. Actually won a $100 and a $5, but the $5 card code came in weeks after the $100 card code (go figure). So I put the $100 card towards something I've been wanting to pick up for some time now...an electric pressure washer (thanks for the friendly nudge, dubber).
I did a bunch of research on these and knowing I didn't want to break the bank, I wanted to stick with something a little more budget conscious. Therefore, I settled on this bad boy, the Sun Joe SPX3000:
I plan on upgrading the gun/wand/hose with some of the items offered on the Obsessed Garage site, which will make my small investment that much better. Probably going to order some quick connects, as well, as I'm sure threading hoses on and off will get old quick.
A few days after the Sun Joe arrived, I was made aware of a great deal on a foam cannon via the Obsessed Garage Facebook group (for those of you who don't belong, check it out...lots of good info on here:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01CE78VO8/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
While this won't be my primary cannon, it had good enough reviews and only ran me $8.66 (after promo code...the deal has since ended) that I had to pick one up for use until I get a higher quality item. And then it will be relegated to my backup. I haven't used it yet, but for $8.66, it feels pretty damn solid.
And here's a photo of the instructions that came with the cannon. Read some of it and you'll understand why I posted:
Lastly and most importantly, my wife and I got some great news:
