Can't wait to see it go down![]()
Best of luck. I would add to your next order jack stands with flat bottoms. That way you won't need to remove sections of the floor.![]()

Or just get yourself a quickjack systemSo much easier to lift all four wheels off the ground.

Or get a two post lift. There's always a more expensive option lol!
But, in your case, since you are more detail than wrenching oriented, I think a Quickjack is the way to go.
Or a 2 post lift....
I don't have the height for a 2 post or the width for a post. Also don't have the wrenching skills (yet) to warrant a full lift, as I'd also want a 4 post for storage of more cars![]()
Supposed to be warm all week... Better work fast!
After that, paint the foundation stem wall or redo the stairs and railing to the house? It’s fun to point it out when it’s not your project.

Well it took a while, but I am glad to say i made it to the end. Starting from the beginning of your thread today i see how you have came a long way in a short time. I am in a similar situation in we are scheduled to move into our house this week. We did get to design the whole thing though. Glad to hear the builder stood behind his work and fixed the issues you had, ***** to have to deal with it, but could've been worse i guess. Personally i would've kept the raptor, but i am partial to trucks as currently i have 4(taking two to make one, but nonetheless)I like the results you have with ONR and beadmaker, looking to purchase some soon. I will have hot and cold water in the garage, just need to find a good hose reel. I plan to install polyurea on the floor before moving in. After seeing yours and dubbers i almost wish i would've done the tiles as it does look sharp, but cost $$$. Yard is coming in great for a hydro seed. I think we are going to do sod in the front and seed the back. Crossing my fingers the yard turns out this year, today there digging a hole so they can fix the water shutoff, luckily this happened before the sod went down.
I know I am missing some things as your thread has gone into great detail, but keep up the good work. I might have to borrow some ideas from you. Come stop by check out my thread, and I hope to be more active on mine soon![]()
Well now, thank you very much for the kind words! It's a great feeling to be able to be a source of inspiration or help for others. That's what I love about this forum. Unlike most car forums, most of the people here are rooting for each other and genuinely interested in what everyone else has to offer.

Well done! Like we discussed earlier, this is another situation where improving one thing certainly makes other things stick out. brakes could use a refreshEven simply buying a dupli colour painting kit for under $20 you could make them look brand new!
They make several colours, and i've done Red, Silver and Blue thus far.
Here's after i did my GLI:

Did this kit come with proper length sway bar drops? Or did you use oem? OEM are going to be too long looking at the photo's.
It's a weekend car. Go all in if you are addressing the brakes. I'll just leave this here.![]()

Nice! Maybe I missed it, but what picture did you send them?

(Oh, the beer. That I DO have
)Cool!
Damn this quarantine. I've wanted a BMW ever since I can remember, and the same goes for my own garage. I've got neither. Damn this quarantine
Enjoy the beautiful space you've created, and that gorgeous car!(Oh, the beer. That I DO have
