Wow! Lots of updates. Everything looks spectacular. You must be really excited to get all of that plumbing banged out. What a luxury to have that setup ready to go anytime you want to wash your cars. Driveway looks awesome too, things really cleaned up nicely with that. Should have had them add the apron in for that 3rd bay while they were at it
Also, anxious to see what your new ride is going to be to replace the Honda! Not sure which direction you'll take things.
Haha, yep. I know I'd be better off spacing out my updates, but I can't help myself sometimes! I'm BEYOND pumped about the plumbing in the garage. It's not quite up to par with typical OG quality, but I'm incredibly happy with my setup. And it'll only get better once I eventually upgrade my pressure washer...but I'll tell you, my SunJoe has been worth every penny up to this point.
HA!! Love where your head's at, but the 3rd stall addition is probably at LEAST 5 years away from happening, especially since we just decided on a contractor to finish our basement. We cut a check for the deposit on Friday and now we wait. Looking like end of September for a start date, with COVID pushing everything back for everyone. *****, as we were hoping to have it done by September, but he says the project should only take 3-4 weeks (on the conservative end) once it begins.
As for my next vehicle, I was racking my brain for months and months and finally decided on something. Not quite ready to announce it just yet, but soon!!!

That said, here is a photo of the first thing I purchased for it even though I probably won't have it in my possession until around September. Let's see if anyone can figure it out from these:
Some glamour shots of the M3 to hold you guys over, since not much else has been going on:
And a selfie (which I never do) I took while supervising the boys in their inflatable pool because I couldn't pass up the photo op:
Almost forgot. Buddy of mine came by recently to show me the ropes on paint correction. Something I've always wanted to start dabbling in, but had been somewhat hesitant (ahem, nervous) to try. He brought over his new toys, a Maxshine M15 Pro Series II 15mm DA polisher, Adam's Micro Swirl Killer and Griot's 6" DA that he put a 3" backing plate on.
We used Meguiars 105 and 205, Sonax Perfect Finish, Rupes yellow 1", 3" and 6" pads, as well as 1", 3" and 6" microfiber pads. He helped me get rid of some light scratches that had somehow developed near my trunk on the passenger side rear fender.
He had to leave early but left all his tools with me and I spent the remainder of the day basically one stepping the Accord, just trying to get it that much nicer for when it's replacement arrives and I either turn the car back into Honda or try out the Kelly Blue Book instant cash offer (basically whatever option gives me the most $ for the Accord at the time):
I got so into it that day that I went ahead and ordered the Adam's Micro Swirl Killer (I don't care what the rich folks on the OG FB page say...this thing is great, especially for the price). I'm going to order the Max Shine DA polisher, as well, but not yet. In the meantime, I'm going to use my Harbor Freight DA as both my 6" unit and my 3" unit (I've already ordered a Lake Country 3" backing plate for it). Just need to order pads and I should be good to go. Next up, the M3!!
