Sorry to bump an old post but I had to when I saw The Alchemist beer, thats my uncles brewery
Tell your uncle I said "thank you for all he/they do there"!! I haven't been back to VT in a few years now, but hopefully once this COVID ******** is behind us. Still one of my favorite breweries, but the beer game in and around MA/RI is legit!!

You probably saved a considerable sum vs oem anyway. Hope the you had a good Turkey day. You having flooding today, my yard is showing it's poor drainage areas lol.
Oh and it is a great color, would love to see that on an E36. Will have to settle for an Avus Blue as I like the dark vs Estoril.
Ahhh, gotcha! As much as the unit I went with cost, OEM doesn't have what I wanted and if they did, it would cost way more than I'd want to spend.
We did have a great Thanksgiving, thank you! Was just my parents, along with the 4 of us. So weird not having my entire mom's side of the family over their house, but it is what it is. We ended up having a Zoom with that whole side, which was great.
Hope you had a great one, as well!
As for flooding, ALWAYS. High water table and a ton of uneven/low spots in my backyard. I need to address that in the next few years. May try and level out some of the areas next summer with my tow behind roller and some topdressing.
It's similar to Estoril blue, until you see Estoril blue next to it...lol, then it's not so similar. As seen here: (Estoril on left, Portimao on right)
Avus is a nice shade of blue.
Thank you to your Uncle!
My friends make an annual pilgrimage.
And yes that color is amazing. The carbon accents look great.
Basement is coming out great.
The comments have me thinking about hardwiring Cat6 instead of just WiFi mesh in the house.
Preach!!
And thanks for the kind words, I appreciate that!
If you have the ability to hardwire, DO IT. WiFi is a luxury, but it comes at a cost (reduced speed). You always want a direct link to your internet by way of Cat6 cables. My laptop and gaming devices will all be hardwired in the basement, along with anything else that comes along (I have an 8 network switch, so I'll have a few openings left over).
Hope that helps...good luck!
