In a moment of madness at a farm sale , I bought this
It's about the size of a hazet assistent, but instead of pillars ,
the tool trays are supported by scissor type bars
I though it was German , given the wheels look similar to the ones used on hazets but it has a English made Union lock, the only markings are
" patent applied for"
It's been very well made , maybe 1960's or earlier ,there are a couple of Phillips screws on the locking bars
The base is in need of bit of welding due to water ingress , but fixable

Can you provide any more details on it? Are you in the states or outside? Almost looks like a very faded blue paint? I hope someone can share some info on that. 
Are there any raised stamps or the like on it?
