I am mocking up my garage door before I do the final install. I found that my door is 1 1/2" too short. I thought about thickening my slab (when I pour it) or maybe even installing an extra panel. Both of these options are going to cost extra. Or, I can lower the 2x6 nailer for the track that I am going to nail on the inside. It will stick down 2" below my buckboard. What would you guys suggest? I don't think it will look bad after it is caulked and painted.

One panel can't cost that much...
) busted the top 2 panels on the attached garage door...figured it wouldnt be a big deal, priced out the 2 panels and it was only $50.00 less then an entirely new door set (all new panels, new rails, new springs, new everything) AND They wouldnt/couldnt even guarantee the replacement panels would match. Not hard to make that decision.
