I am getting a new Clopay 16'x7' steel garage door from a independent door installer that has been around for a long time in my area. It's insulated and has steel on both sides. My question is will I need to install the struts on the back to keep it from bowing when up and help with high winds if they occur? Or will the insulation and steel be stiff enough to keep it from bowing? I don't live in a hurricane area.
I have the struts off the current door so I don't need to bye new ones.
Thanks.
Todd
