Hi, I purchased this unit for $20 bucks at an estate sale. It is really good at grinding concrete without the stick but becomes very unwieldy when the stick is installed. For the price, I would like to use it to grind down sections of my garage floor a piece at a time.
Also, it came with 2 pieces of metal with ground ring terminals but I am not sure where they go.
It is a straight up chinesium unit with German writing on it and it came with no instructions.
1) Will a solid metal pole make this thing easy to use or would I just be wasting money to find out?
2) Where do those 2 pieces of metal with the ground ring go? Will I end up getting shocked if I can't figure it out?
I found similar units on Amazon and I see the complaints about it being very difficult to control while using the stick.
Thanks.
